Exquisite Bavarian Overlay Art Nouveau Vase
This is a beautiful example of fine Bavarian Porcelain from the Art Nouveau Era. It is an exceptional vase in ivory color porcelain with a very fine gold finished metal overlay. The design is garlands of intricate wreaths with a bow at the top. Around the rim of the vase is a beautiful lattice overlay with a floral motif. The neck and opening also have a complimentary overlay design. The vase is marked Bavaria on the base, please refer to photos. It measures 6 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches across the widest part of the body of the vase. The vase is in mint original condition. This is a very impressive example from an elegant bygone era.
