Circa 1904 Antique Victorian Kalk German Porcelain of Pan
Here is a beautiful example of Kalk German porcelain. It is a figure of a seated Pan playing the flutes. He is wearing a garland of foliage around his head and a blanket with leopard trim around one leg. The coloration of the porcelain are in soft tones creating a very intriguing figurine. It measures 9 inches tall and 6 inches across the diameter of the base. It is signed on the back of the piece with cobalt blue crossed arrows for Kalk German porcelain and is Circa 1904 in excellent original condition. The bottom of the base shows wear which is indicative for the age of the piece, please refer to photos.
